Hydrangea Bridal Shower Invite

I've had these invitations sitting on my desk for a week and every time I look at them, I am happy because I feel like spring is almost here! We used light, medium and dark purples and a beautiful hydrangea graphic to tie into the shower's theme.

Floral Bridal Shower Invitations

I created these bridal shower invitations for my sister-in-law Laura. I used recycled yellow cardstock that matched her wedding invitations and chose this simple flower graphic, which suits her personality perfectly and added the graphic on the envelopes too. I also designed matching thank you notes with the envelopes already addressed to save the bride lots of time!

Swiss Dot Bridal Shower Invitations

I have done a lot of work with Laura & Mike on their save-the-dates and their invitations (which are coming out soon). Laura's bridal party approached me to do shower invitations and I jumped at the chance. The bridesmaid dresses have swiss dots so that was our main design element. We used the same papers, colors and fonts as the save-the-dates to give a sense of continuity. I also did coordinating thank you notes for the bride.

Jen's Vintage Shower Invites

Jen came to me after seeing a vintage themed invitation with a red and turquoise color scheme. She had also found vintage tableclothes that carried to same color scheme. I used the invite design as inspiration, but totally made it my own with this bold damask pattern.

To make a bolder statement, we chose red envelopes and topped it off with custom made envelope liners with Jen & Paul's names. Jen even took a picture of the Thank You note at the shower to show me the vintage themed look.

Tracy's Shower & Bachelorette

Again, it's pink for Tracy! We decided to have a girls only shower on the day of her bachelorette party. She had already had 2 family showers -see her wine themed invites here. We always called her "Crazy Tracy" in college, so we took that theme and ran with it. It was a tea party during the day and a fun night out - the inside of the invite reflected the dual party theme. I added the dancing girls on the mailing envelope for fun and made a detail card for extra info.

Wine-themed Bridal Shower Invites

How convenient is it to have an invitation designer in the wedding party? I think pretty convenient! Tracy is one of my best friends and here is one set of her shower invites. Yes, she is having three showers. I'll be doing invites for 2 out of the three showers...and then all her wedding invites, which I'm sooo excited about.

It's a wine themed shower, so I used a nice vine/grape design printed on cream stock, then mounted it on wine and metallic gold cardstocks.

Fun & Sassy Bridal Shower Invites

Fun & Sassy was the mission for these invites. They found perfect polka-dotted plates & napkins to go along with my theme. Pink & brown are the wedding colors, so we decided to jump on that and coordinate. Love the fun pink envelopes to add a punch of color. Matching thank you cards to come. They are always a nice add-on and the bride will sure need them!
